Program Manager
The Program Manager’s role is to proactively pursue and accomplish the programs’ visions for the inlet and estuary. She is responsible for implementing the policies directed by the agency partners at the Partner Committee and Management Committee levels, and providing support for the management of the BIEAP-FREMP partnership as well as the overall running of the programs.

Policy Coordinator
The Policy Coordinator facilitates the BIEAP Plan Implementation Committee and the FREMP Water and Land Use Committee. She also coordinates the implementation of the Burrard Inlet Consolidated Environmental Management Plan and the Fraser River Estuary Management Plan. Representatives from Environment Canada, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Metro Vancouver, BC Ministry of Environment, Port Metro Vancouver, surrounding municipalities and First Nations participate on both committees.

Project Review Coordinator
The Project Review Coordinator facilitates the FREMP Environmental Review Committee (ERC) and the Burrard Environmental Review Committee (BERC).
These two committees review applications for proponents and developments in the areas of BIEAP and FREMP. Representatives from Fisheries and Oceans, Environment Canada, BC Ministry of Environment, Transport Canada - NWPD and Port Metro Vancouver participate on both committees.
The Project Review Coordinator is also responsible for reception and assists the Program Manager and Policy Coordinator when required.
